Partners
Forming partnerships with companies in the world of sound and vibration measurement and analysis gives us the opportunity to provide our customers with the broadest range of solutions within the industry. Partnerships help to create better understanding and in-depth knowledge of how to solve the technical challenges facing customers measuring and managing the quality of sound and vibration in their products and the environment.
Global partners- Acoustics Engineering
Acoustics Engineering (AE) was established in 1987 by four students from the Technical University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands, who had different specialisations but a common interest in sound technique and music. At that time, AE concentrated on consultancy in the area of room acoustics, and started developing software and equipment to increase the efficieny and quality of these activities. This was particularly successful due to the integration of acoustics, software, electronics and mechanics. Ten years later, the focus shifted completely to the development of acoustics software and equipment. One of the partners is also active at the Acoustics Laboratory of the Technical University of Eindhoven.
Through cooperation with AE, Brüel & Kjær has taken over the worldwide exclusive distribution of the DIRAC room acoustics software. This supplements the Building and Room Acoustic portfolio currently offered by Brüel & Kjær .

Part of the Brüel & Kjær Prediction Partnership
To face the increasing demands for noise mapping and calculation of environmental noise levels, Brüel & Kjær has teamed up with DGMR and Stapelfeldt, some of the world's foremost experts in the field of environmental noise prediction software, to form the newly created international Brüel & Kjær Prediction Partnership.
DGMR Raadgevende Ingenieurs BV (Consulting Engineers) give practical advice for questions that arise because of the influence of physical factors on the climates for work and living. The area of work extends to the fields of acoustics, building physics, fire prevention, sustainable building, energy management, facade technology, noise control, environmental physics and vibration technology. In addition to consulting work DGMR also researches in these fields and has a software department carrying out commercial development and sale of software related to the consulting areas. DGMR has branches in Arnhem, The Hague, Drachten and Maastricht.
